株式会社うずまきデザイン（以下「当社」）は、アプリケーション「あつめとこ。」（以下「本アプリ」）におけるユーザーの個人情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
本アプリでは、以下の情報をお使いの端末内にのみ保存します。これらの情報が当社のサーバーに送信されることはありません。
本アプリでは、サービスの改善を目的として匿名の利用状況データを収集しています。写真・テキスト・位置情報などのコンテンツが送信されることはありません。
写真を記録に添付するために、カメラや写真ライブラリへのアクセスを求める場合があります。撮影・選択した写真は端末内にのみ保存され、外部に送信されることはありません。コンビニプリントを利用する場合については「コンビニプリントについて」をご覧ください。
記録に場所を紐づける機能のために、位置情報の利用許可を求める場合があります。位置情報は端末内の記録データにのみ保存され、当社のサーバーに送信されることはありません。なお、場所の名前の表示にはOS標準の地名変換機能（Apple／Google）を、地図の表示にはOpenFreeMapの地図タイル配信を利用しており、その処理に必要な範囲で座標や表示した地図の範囲が各サービスに送られます。
アプリロック機能を有効にした場合、端末のFace ID／パスコードによる認証を利用します。認証情報はOSが管理しており、本アプリが認証情報を取得・保存することはありません。
アプリからコンビニプリントを利用し、「コンビニに直接送る」を選択した場合に限り、作成した画像がシャープマーケティングジャパン株式会社の「ネットワークプリントサービス」のサーバーへ送信されます。送信された画像は、保存期間（8日間）の経過後に自動的に削除されます。なお、画像とともに氏名やメールアドレスなどの個人情報が送信されることはありません。
当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
本アプリ内の記録はいつでも削除できます。アプリを端末から削除すると、保存されたすべてのデータが削除されます。
本アプリは年齢制限を設けていません。13歳未満のお子さまが利用する場合は、保護者の方の判断でご利用ください。
当社は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後のポリシーは、本アプリ内に表示した時点で効力を生じます。
UZUMAKI DESIGN, K.K. ("we" or "the Company") sets forth this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user information in the application "atsumetoko." ("the App").
The App stores the following information exclusively on your device. This information is never transmitted to our servers.
The App collects anonymous usage data for the purpose of improving the service. Personal content such as photos, text, and location data is never transmitted.
The App may request access to your camera or photo library to attach photos to records. Photos captured or selected are stored only on your device and are never sent externally, except when you use convenience store printing (see "Convenience Store Printing" below).
The App may request location access for the feature that associates places with records. Location data is stored only within the record data on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. To display place names, the App uses the standard geocoding service of your device's operating system (Apple/Google), and to display maps, it uses map tiles served by OpenFreeMap; coordinates and the displayed map area are sent to these services only to the extent necessary for those functions.
When the app lock feature is enabled, the App uses Face ID or device passcode authentication managed by the operating system. The App does not access or store authentication credentials.
Only when you use convenience store printing in the App and choose "Send to a convenience store," the image you created is transmitted to the servers of the Network Print Service operated by Sharp Marketing Japan Corporation. Transmitted images are automatically deleted after the retention period (8 days). No personal information such as your name or email address is transmitted with the image.
We do not provide personal information to third parties, except as required by law.
Records within the App can be deleted at any time. Deleting the App from your device will delete all stored data.
The App has no age restrictions. If a child under 13 uses the App, it should be at the discretion of a parent or guardian.
We may update this Policy as needed. Updated policies take effect when displayed within the App.
